  1. 2011

    Company established; operations launched in North Lebanon.

  2. 2015–16

    Delivered early municipal, restoration, infrastructure, and solar-lighting projects.

  3. 2017

    Expanded portfolio with shelter rehabilitation, public spaces, restoration, and solar lighting.

  4. 2018–19

    Expanded project scale: infrastructure and hygiene support, warehouse/agricultural expansion, and major construction programs.

  5. 2020–21

    Strengthened multi-site implementation: shelter rehabilitation, waterproofing/repairs, and solar power projects.

  6. 2022

    Delivered large housing rehabilitation packages and major construction/infrastructure programs.

  7. 2023

    Diversified execution across rehabilitation, roads, heritage restoration, and PV/energy-related works.

  8. 2024

    Advanced delivery in PV systems and private-sector construction/renovation works across Lebanon.

  9. 2025

    Executed shelter and school rehabilitation across multiple cities, plus major construction and community facility upgrades.

After the Beirut blast, DEC has expanded to become a key player in the reconstruction and building rehabilitation efforts. DEC is home to a diverse and talented community firmly committed not only to both the clients’ and the company’s success, but to the reconstruction and reemergence of Beirut as an unstoppable force of growth and success. After the blast, our team volunteered in the cleaning efforts and rubble-removal. Subsequently, we worked alongside the Lutheran World Relief and Bassmeh & Zeitooneh Relief & Development organizations in shelter rehabilitation projects encompassing over 1,000 houses and buildings all over Beirut.
