Tamlis Neighborhood Garden Upgrade,

Description:
In collaboration with NRC, DEC converted an abandoned lot in Tamlis into a safe and accessible community garden, including site clearing and preparation, hardscape and finishing works, and safety improvements.

Description:
In collaboration with NRC, DEC rehabilitated and upgraded public stairs and their surrounding access areas, repairing damaged steps and improving finishes and edges to reduce trip hazards for residents.

Description:
In collaboration with IOM, DEC delivered multi-site rehabilitation works for schools in Tripoli and Beirut/Mount Lebanon and for shelters in Baalbek, Nabatieh and Tyre, with coordinated close-out and handover per package.

In collaboration with UNDP (LHSP), DEC constructed a boat maintenance workshop building, including civil and structural works, the building envelope, MEP installations, internal fit-out and external paving works.

Bona Terra Agricultural Project,
Koura
Description:
30,000 sqm project comprising a farm, two-level building, deep water well, ten wooden houses, and green houses.
The entire farm is designed and built upon the principles of Permaculture, focusing mainly on achieving a perfect balance of ecosystems across the land. The design and implementation of a hydroponics system is currently underway. The drip irrigation system was used as an environmentally cautious approach to farming, utilizing a smart system that automatically controls irrigation and lighting.
