Engineering
DEC offers a wide range of Engineering Services, including the design, shop drawings, and on-site execution of any type of residential, commercial, industrial, health-care, or infrastructure project. A creative team of skilled architects and engineers follow creative design and execution processes in order to ensure top quality results.
Rehabilitation and Restoration
Throughout the years, DEC was responsible for a large number of rehabilitation projects across Tripoli. The projects included shelter rehabilitation,
renovation of old, historic houses, and rehabilitation of public spaces in underprivileged communities such as Al-Qobbe, Bab Al-Tebbene, Bab Al-Ramel, and a number of refugee camps.
In 2020, DEC became part of the rehabilitation efforts after the Beirut Blast. With great dedication and absolute faith in the city’s ability to rise again, our team volunteered
during the initial cleaning and rubble-removing efforts as well as initial damage assessments. Following that, DEC became involved in the efforts to rehabilitate the damages, providing quality services to the affected families in cooperation with LWR and Basmeh & Zeitooneh.
Power Generation/Lighting Systems
The company includes a team of electrical engineers with an expertise in power and lighting systems, and renewable energy. Our projects span all over the North including El-Koura, Zgharta, Akkar, and Tripoli. We are proud to say our products match the highest quality within the most reasonable prices, all while following environmentally cautious delivery and installation procedures.
Landscaping
DEC was responsible for the design and execution of an agricultural project in El-Koura, as well as the design and execution of several landscaping projects for villas and public spaces in the same region and Tripoli. The projects were conducted by a team of architects, engineers, landscape experts, and agricultural experts.
Low-Current Systems
The company’s diverse engineering department includes a telecommunication engineering team specialized in low current systems and their installation. Several of our projects were equipped with data, CCTV, and Access Control systems. This team is especially equipped to handle large projects, including equipment for hospitals and medical centers.
Supply Chain
DEC has ventured into the supply chain industry in 2015, carrying out multiple projects over the years delivering a multitude of items including construction equipment, hygiene kits, food items, etc.
